 Great Item Jul 05, 2010
We have 4 iPhones and have tried all the covers. This one used to be offered at the Apple Store but they no longer carry this brand. This is the first one that does not break. I would highly recommend it for anyone with an iPhone. Thank you for making it so easy to find and shipping it so quickly.

Great case. I really wanted the InCase for the iPhone 2g but it was only available through apple's website for like 30 bucks so this was a great alternative. The case fits perfectly. It looks really cool, and apperantly it's also an ecofriendly material so that's a plus. Only problem was that it came almost a week later than what the shipping estimate told me. This is a great case for the iPhone 2g that has a resonable price.
Virtually bombproof, does scratch the casing Oct 10, 2009
I've had other iPhone cases. Seriously, this case has saved me quite a few times. One of those times, my treaured iPhone flew off the roof of my buddies car straight onto the concrete. It was a good three foot fall/throw. I picked the phone up, expecting it to have a massive crack in the screen. Nothing. Barely a scratch on the case. I've dropped the phone numerous times on wood, carpet, linoleum, in the car, another time on the road. Nothing has happened to the phone, and the case is still in great shape. Get a screen protector too, and your set.
The case DOES, however, scratch the housing of the phone. When you take it off and put it on, there is a piece inside the case that rubs the aluminum housing. So, it does scratch the housing. However, it's not too terrible if you are not a perfectionist. I've had my phone for awhile, so it's scratched anyway. I've got the case on there 24/7 anyway, so it doesn't even show. Case slides a little when you put pressure on it (push down to take the bottom off). Not a big deal.
Great case. See if you can get it on ebay for cheaper. That's what I did. Great case.

THIS CASE DOES NOT PROTECT YOUR iPHONE FROM DAMAGE.
As mentioned in this review, if your phone falls, the case pops open on impact and your phone will fly out. This has happened to both my husband and myself. My husband's phone thankfully, fell on a carpeted floor. I was not so lucky and lost my brand new 3Gs (the screen completely smashed) which cost me $200 to replace.
What do you need a case for if it opens when it falls?
This company has NO CONTACT INFORMATION!
They do not respond to their web form and even though I was given a contact number from Apple (who had to look it up through WhoIs), they have yet to return any of my numerous calls or emails.
Any company that hides themselves from their customers should be considered suspicious at best, but it is quite evident why they are shielding themselves from their customers as their product is defective.

Terrible company, inferior cases, expensive shipping Jul 16, 2009
Ordered a case and received it broken. Impossible to contact the company for return information. No phone number, no email no address on the website.
Terrible company, terrible product, all around bad. Spend 1/4 on a better case and you'll be happier.
Never did get a refund for the broken case and overpriced shipping.
